I DIDN’T THINK I’D WIN ANYTHING

One of our Junior Club members, Annabel Montgomerie was featured recently in The Daily Mercury Today where she was reported to say

“I didn’t think I’d ever win anything!”

She couldn’t have been more wrong!

Annabel and her family travel from Mackay to every race meeting to compete.

Annabel was presented “Best Presented Junior Sedan New Star” and first place for the season, sponsored by Reef 2 Coal Security and Security Shield”. As well as the “Kirk Story Memorial Best and Fairest Junior Driver”.

Annabel represents the quality of our Junior Drivers who make us all proud of not only their ever-increasing driving skills but more importantly, their constant high level of manners and the constant respect they show their competitors, club members, volunteers, officials and the general public.

It is exciting to see what’s coming for Annabel in season 2023-24 and beyond.
