ABOUT RSCC SUPER STOCKERS
Built for close, competitive sedan racing, RSCC Super Stockers bring a distinctive mix of cars, engines and local speedway character to Fast Lane Rocky Speedway.
WHAT IS AN RSCC SUPER STOCKER?
RSCC Super Stockers are a state-based speedway division administered by the Rockhampton Saloon Car Club Inc. The division features monocoque-production vehicles, most commonly Holden Commodores and Ford Falcons, prepared for competitive dirt-track racing in accordance with the club’s technical specifications.
One of the division’s defining features is the variety of permitted engine configurations. Depending on the vehicle and its build, an RSCC Super Stocker may be powered by a rotary, four-cylinder, six-cylinder or V8 engine. This variety produces a diverse field of cars while the specification rules help maintain safety, eligibility and fair competition.
Cars must be registered annually through the Rockhampton Saloon Car Club and hold a current daylight inspection. Drivers and passengers must be current club members and hold an appropriate Speedway Australia licence. Every vehicle must also comply with the current RSCC Super Stocker Specification Book and applicable Speedway Australia safety requirements.
The annual registration fee is $50 per car and includes the vehicle logbook. New racing numbers use the RK prefix and must be confirmed by the club before registration is finalised. Daylight vehicle inspections are arranged separately through the club.
